What is your Returns Policy?
Refunds will be credited if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must still have original tags, liners, etc when they are returned. If the item has a manufacturer damage, (for example a hole, stain, unstitching) the item may be exchanged for an item of equal value or lesser within 20 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be credited on returns and will apply to exchanges that are not a result of a manufacturer defect. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund.

How do I exchange or return merchandise?
Contact our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1.866.NICOLITA or send an email to customerservice@mynicolita.com. Our team is available Monday thru Friday from 8 am- 5 pm PST. Our Customer Servcie Department will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the invoice inside the box. Items must be received within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. All returned items must be in 100% re-sellable condition. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with the returned items marked and a brief note explaining the return/exchange.

For your security, please return your merchandise and insure it with a reliable carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and keep your receipt and tracking number. Nicolita is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please call 866-NICOLITA (866-642-6548)

Shipping and Taxes
The State requires that we collect sales tax on shipping and handling where applicable. Tax is paid to the State Board of Equalization.

How can I find out when my backordered items will be shipped?
To check the status of backordered items, just log into your account and view status link at top of page. To make a change to your backordered item, please call 866-NICOLITA (866-642-6548) and speak to our customer care rep.
