Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
Please note that orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific Time will begin processing at our fulfillment warehouse the following business day.
Orders with express shipping selected (Overnight or 2nd Day Air) are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, please be aware that "2nd Day Air" and "Overnight" indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.
P.O. Boxes
For P.O. Boxes all orders will be shipped via USPS. Overnight and 2nd Day Air services are not available for shipments to PO boxes.
All ground shipping / home delivery option does not include a signature. Any packages claimed as lost but shows delivered to the correct address is confirmed as delivered. To avoid any lost packages, we suggest using one of the following FedEx delivery signature options. Indirect signature is $2.25. Direct signature is $3.50. Please contact us directly at 866-NICOLITA (866-642-6548) to add this special service.
International shipping
International shipping may have a separate additional charge for the customs duties/taxes/fees. For orders being shipped USPS or Canada Post, these fees may have to be paid when the package is delivered to your door. If you would like to inquire about different shipping carriers and cost quotes, please email hola@mynicolita.com.
For exchanges/refunds, all packages require an RMA number. Return packages without a RMA number will not be accepted. Please view our Return Policy for more information.
