Communications in Progress and Sales & Service Information
Please note if you have unsubscribed from any Nicolita communications, due to production schedules, you may receive communications already in production. Also, if you request your registration information be deleted or if you unsubscribe from communications, we may maintain information about sales transactions or service inquiries for future service and record keeping purposes.

We take security very seriously. All credit card and personal information is encrypted utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server technology before being transmitted over the Internet. All information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection and held completely confidential. We guarantee that every purchase you make will be 100% safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at our store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you responsible for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you up to the full $50.00. In the event of any unauthorized use of your credit card, please notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 14 days. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition. Items must still have original tags, liners, etc. when they are returned. If the item has a manufacturer damage, (for example a hole, stain, unstitching) the item may be exchanged for an item of equal value or lesser within 20 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be credited on returns and will apply to exchanges that are not a result of a manufacturer defect. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund.
Instructions for returning items are included with our packing slips in every shipment. Please complete the entire form, and ship your returned merchandise back to the address provided on the packing slip.

*PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CERTAIN ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. This includes any personalized items. If you have any questions about whether or not a particular item can be returned, please contact customer service prior to placing your order.
We ask that you do not return merchandise, which is damaged, defective, or different than what you ordered. If you received the wrong item, or if the item you received is damaged or defective please call customer service at 866-NICOLITA (866-642-6548).
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is scanned back into inventory. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
