Exchange/Return Policy

Free Domestic Ground Shipping on returns and exchanges within the United States.

Returns and exchanges coming from outside of the United States will be covered by the customer and requires a tracking number.

Terms and Conditions

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition. Items must still have original tags, liners, etc. when they are returned. If the item has a manufacturer's defect, (for example: a hole, stain, unstitching) the item may be exchanged for an item of equal value or lesser within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. Due to health regulations, any item that is soiled, laundered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. If returned, your account will be charged $13 and the items will be returned to you. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased during a promotional sale are non-refundable. Exchanges only. Shipping cost for exchanges on sale items are to be covered by the customer and require a tracking number.

All returns and exchanges require a Return Managment Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain your RMA number, go to Nicolita Return Center or click HERE, your request will be processed your RMA number will be emailed please include in your return package.

If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping charges will not be credited on returns and will apply to exchanges that are not a result of a manufacturer defect. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund.

If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is scanned back into inventory. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any package that has been opened and uses a "Return to Shipper" method will be charged the return shipping cost.



All ground shipping / home delivery option does not include a signature. Any packages claimed as lost, but shows delivered to the correct address is confirmed as delivered. 

International shipping will have a separate additional charge for the customs duties/taxes/fees. For orders being shipped USPS or Canada Post, these fees may have to be paid when the package is delivered to your door.

For exchanges/refunds, all packages require an RMA number. Return packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Care Instructions

Por favor, rinse swimwear and cover-ups products in cool, fresh water after each use. Let dry naturally in the shade. Do no wring, wrap in a towel or put in a plastic bag when wet. Never put swimwear or cover-ups in a washing machine or dryer. Never dry clean or spot clean with harsh chemicals.
